So, how does it work?
When you create a 7-day trial account, we’ll create a live installation on our business servers. You will be given your very own link (such as yourcompany.actidesk.com) fully installed and configured for you. You’ll then have full access to the ActiDesk installation that has been created for you.
The installation will appear completely live to your customers and operators but in the administrators header there will be a “Free Trial” section showing the number of days left and how to order. Therefore, you can run a live trial with real customers until you pay and then we’ll switch the Free Trial off and away you go.
